The Lagostina Accademia Lagofusion saucepan set features 16, 18 and 20cm saucepans with accompanying lids provides uniformed distribution of heat from the bottom to the sides of the pan. This is thanks to the Lagofusion base which provides a two layered base, joined to 3 in the body (steel-aluminum-steel). This allows for greater heat diffusion: + 50% more on the base and the sides, compared to Lagostina Lagoseal Plus base, for constant and homogeneous temperature. In addition the handles are riveted to the body for greater strength and perfect elegance.
